Realistic Water Splash Effect

Update April 21st 2013: UPDATED FOR VPK FORMAT For use in pre-l4d Source games. The default splash effect in most Source games is just downright ugly. So I've taken this water splash effect, edited some refraction values, and made it compatible in all Source games. This new water splash is much more pleasing to the eye than the default one.
